No word on exactly how long until a human version is ready and we can all erase horrible memories, like the Bush Administration for instance.

It's sad that 8 years of our lives were during this guy's regime. Of all the presidents to live through. Gah. Oh well, at least we didn't live during Caligula's term in office.

He was probably as close as a President could get to Caligula, or maybe Nero. But then Caligula was followed by Claudius who ushered in an era of prosperity and expansion. Maybe history will repeat itself.

I mean if we can start erasing memories then what truly makes us unique? I guess if nothing else, its a great theme for future sci-fi novels. I'll be waiting for the Ghost in the Shell themes to surface in everyday discussion.

I thought sort of the same thing. I mean, yes, certain experiences are horrible, but that which doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?
